UN-Fever is a feature documentary following three
teams of college students – from City College (Harlem,
New York City); Pace University (Pleasantville, NY); and Freie
Universitaet (Berlin, Germany) – as they prepare for
and compete in the National Model U.N. Conference,
to be held in New York City in April 2006. This observational
film draws the audience into the drama of students’
lives as they go through an event that promises to be a life-altering
one. Through the film we will be forced to consider the legacy
of global problems these students have inherited, counteracted
by their genuine commitment to international peace, human
rights and justice.
